Our offerings are experiential, educational, and spiritual in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.
2. Eligibility & Participation
By applying or participating, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

You are physically and emotionally responsible for your participation

You understand that immersive and ceremonial experiences can be intense and require personal discernment
INSamaúma reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion to protect the integrity and safety of the group.
3. Health & Personal Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for:

Their physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Disclosing relevant health conditions when requested

Following guidance and safety instructions during experiences
INSamaúma is not liable for injuries, losses, emotional distress, or outcomes related to participation, travel, or personal choices.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments, deposits, and donation policies are specified on each offering page.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

Transfers or credits may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Donations are final and non-refundable.
5. Travel & Logistics
Participants are responsible for:

Passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance

Flights, personal expenses, and compliance with local laws
INSamaúma is not responsible for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, images, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of INSamaúma unless otherwise credited.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without written permission.
7. Photography & Media
By participating in our experiences, you may be photographed or recorded for storytelling, educational, or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in media, you must notify us in writing prior to the experience.
8. Community Conduct
We expect respectful, ethical, and conscious behavior toward:

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
INSamaúma, its founders, partners, and collaborators shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our offerings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, unless otherwise required by local jurisdiction.
