This application is the first step in requesting participation in Arara Encantada, an Indigenous-led plant medicine immersion held in the Brazilian Amazon.

This is not a conventional retreat and this application is not a booking request.Not all applicants are accepted. This discernment is part of the care — for you, the group, the Arara lineage holding the work, and the territory itself.

Arara Encantada is an immersive process rooted in Indigenous knowledge systems and relational ethics.

Participation requires emotional maturity, psychological stability, physical readiness, and respect for the cultural and spiritual context in which the work takes place.

INVESTMENT ORIENTATION & RECIPROCITY

To support clarity and responsible discernment, the investment structure for Arara Encantada is shared here.

Arara Encantada is a lineage-led, small-group plant medicine immersion. The investment reflects preparation, ceremonies, lodging, food, local teams, facilitation, and coordination with the Arara community.

Current investment:

USD $5,500 — for participants who are new to the rainforest or have not previously journeyed with Maíra
USD $4,500 — for participants who have previously participated in a rainforest immersion with Maíra

This distinction reflects differences in preparation, orientation, and integration needs.

Reciprocity & Community Support

Arara Encantada is held in direct partnership with the Arara community who steward the land, knowledge, and lineage that make this work possible.

Fifty percent (50%) of the profit from this immersion is directed back to the Arara village, supporting community priorities as defined by them.

This is not a donation or add-on. It is part of the ethical structure of the work.
